Description4'-Demethoxytrianguletin 3-methyl ether belongs to the class of organic compounds known as linear diarylheptanoids. These are diarylheptanoids with an open heptane chain. The two aromatic rings are linked only by the heptane chain. 2,6-Dihydroxy-4-methoxy-5-C-methyl-3-C-[5,7-dihydroxy-3-methoxyflavon-8-yl]dihydrochalcone is found in Pentagramma triangularis. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 4'-Demethoxytrianguletin 3-methyl ether.
