DescriptionTamarixetin 3-glucoside-7-sulfate belongs to the class of organic compounds known as flavonoid-3-o-glycosides. These are phenolic compounds containing a flavonoid moiety which is O-glycosidically linked to carbohydrate moiety at the C3-position. 3-(beta-D-Glucopyranosyloxy)-5-hydroxy-2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-7-(sulfooxy)-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one is found in Persicaria hydropiper and Polygonum hydropiper . Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Tamarixetin 3-glucoside-7-sulfate.
