These are flavones that features a C5-isoprenoid substituent at the 6-position. Vellokaempferol 3-methyl ether is found in Vellozia stipitata. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2R)-4-hydroxy-7-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-6-methoxy-2-(prop-1-en-2-yl)-2H,3H,5H-furo[3,2-g]chromen-5-one.
