These are flavonoids with methoxy groups attached to the C7 atom of the flavonoid backbone. Thus, quercetagetin 3,5,7-trimethyl ether is considered to be a flavonoid lipid molecule. Quercetagetin 3,5,7-trimethyl ether is found in Pulicaria arabica. Quercetagetin 3,5,7-trimethyl ether is a very hydrophobic molecule, practically insoluble (in water), and relatively neutral.
