Description6-Hydroxyluteolin 6,4'-dimethyl ether 7-glucoside belongs to the class of organic compounds known as flavonoid-7-o-glycosides. These are phenolic compounds containing a flavonoid moiety which is O-glycosidically linked to carbohydrate moiety at the C7-position. Thus, 6-hydroxyluteolin 6,4'-dimethyl ether 7-glucoside is considered to be a flavonoid. 6-Hydroxyluteolin 6,4'-dimethyl ether 7-glucoside is found in Centaurea jacea and Globularia cordifolia . Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 6-hydroxyluteolin 6,4'-dimethyl ether 7-glucoside.
