DescriptionLuteolin 3'-glucuronide belongs to the class of organic compounds known as flavonoid o-glucuronides. These are phenolic compounds containing a flavonoid moiety which is O-glycosidically linked to glucuronic acid. Luteolin 3'-glucuronide is an extremely weak basic (essentially neutral) compound (based on its pKa). Luteolin 3'-O-beta-D-glucuronide is found in Conocephalum conicum, Elsholtzia rugulosa Hemsl., Enhalus acoroides, Lunularia cruciata, Salvia officinalis , Rosmarinus officinalis and Thymus vulgaris. A luteolin glucosiduronic acid consisting of luteolin having a beta-D-glucosiduronic acid residue attached at the 3'-position.
