DescriptionPeonidin 3-(6''-acetyl-glucoside) belongs to the class of organic compounds known as anthocyanidin-3-o-glycosides. These are phenolic compounds containing one anthocyanidin moiety which is O-glycosidically linked to a carbohydrate moiety at the C3-position. Peonidin 3-(6''-acetyl-glucoside) is an extremely weak basic (essentially neutral) compound (based on its pKa). Peonidin 3-(6''-acetyl-glucoside) may be a unique S. Peonidin 3-(6''-acetyl-glucoside) is found in Vitis vinifera. Cerevisiae (yeast) metabolite.
