Description(1'S,2R,2'S,3R,4S,4'S,7'S,8'S,9'R,10'S,13'S,14'R)-3,4,8',10',14'-pentamethyl-5,17'-dioxo-5'-oxaspiro[oxolane-2,6'-pentacyclo[11.8.0.0²,¹⁰.0⁴,⁹.0¹⁴,¹⁹]Henicosane]-15',18'-dien-7'-yl acetate belongs to the class of organic compounds known as withanolides and derivatives. These are c28 steroids structurally characterized by an ergostane skeleton usually functionalized at carbons 1, 22 and 26 to form a lactone ring. sinubrasolide F is found in Sinularia brassica. sinubrasolide F was first documented in 2013 (Huang, C. -Y., et al.). Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (1'S,2R,2'S,3R,4S,4'S,7'S,8'S,9'R,10'S,13'S,14'R)-3,4,8',10',14'-pentamethyl-5,17'-dioxo-5'-oxaspiro[oxolane-2,6'-pentacyclo[11.8.0.0²,¹⁰.0⁴,⁹.0¹⁴,¹⁹]Henicosane]-15',18'-dien-7'-yl acetate.
