Description Karalicin is found in Pseudomonas, Pseudomonas fluorescens and Pseudomonas fluorescens/putida strain SS-3(CCM 4430). Karalicin was first documented in 1996 (PMID: 8626241). Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2R,3R,4S)-1,2,4-trihydroxy-5-(4-methoxyphenyl)pentan-3-yl acetate.
