DescriptionAuxarthrol A belongs to the class of organic compounds known as hydroxyanthraquinones. Hydroxyanthraquinones are compounds containing a hydroxyanthraquinone moiety, which consists of an anthracene bearing a quinone, and hydroxyl group. Paradictyoarthrin B is found in Paradictyoarthrinium and Paradictyoarthrinium diffractum. It was first documented in 2015 (PMID: 25407145). Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Auxarthrol A.
