Description (+)-cyclopenol is found in Penicillium aurantiogriseum, Penicillium hirsutum, Penicillium sclerotiorum and Talaromyces verruculosus. (+)-cyclopenol was first documented in 2014 (PMID: 24773150). Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (3R,3'S)-2-hydroxy-3'-(3-hydroxyphenyl)-4-methyl-4,5-dihydrospiro[1,4-benzodiazepine-3,2'-oxirane]-5-one.
