Description Decumbenone C is found in Aspergillus and Aspergillus sulphureus. Decumbenone C was first documented in 2012 (PMID: 23139126). Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 1-[(1R,2R,4aS,6S,8S,8aS)-2,4a,8-trihydroxy-1,2,6-trimethyl-1,2,4a,5,6,7,8,8a-octahydronaphthalen-1-yl]-3-hydroxypropan-1-one.
