DescriptionOridamycin A belongs to the class of organic compounds known as hydroxysteroids. Hydroxysteroids are compounds containing an steroid backbone, with at least one hydrogen substituted by a hydroxyl group. Oridamycin A is found in Streptomyces sp. KS84. Oridamycin A was first documented in 2015 (PMID: 26069989). Based on a literature review a small amount of articles have been published on Oridamycin A (PMID: 29171266) (PMID: 31419367) (PMID: 27632643).
