DescriptionCladoniamide E belongs to the class of organic compounds known as beta carbolines. Beta carbolines are compounds containing a 9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indole moiety. Cladoniamide E is found in Streptomyces uncialis. It was first documented in 2008 (PMID: 18646774). Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Cladoniamide E (PMID: 21876764) (PMID: 25333917) (PMID: 23639001).
