| Description | (2Z)-4-[(1R,2S,4aS,6S,8aR)-2-(but-2-en-2-yl)-3,4a,6-trimethyl-1,2,4a,5,6,7,8,8a-octahydronaphthalene-1-carbonyl]-2-(2-methylpropylidene)-2H-pyrrol-5-ol belongs to the class of organic compounds known as sesquiterpenoids. These are terpenes with three consecutive isoprene units. Myceliothermophin E is found in Myceliophthora. Myceliothermophin E was first documented in 2007 (PMID: 17503417). Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2Z)-4-[(1R,2S,4aS,6S,8aR)-2-(but-2-en-2-yl)-3,4a,6-trimethyl-1,2,4a,5,6,7,8,8a-octahydronaphthalene-1-carbonyl]-2-(2-methylpropylidene)-2H-pyrrol-5-ol. |
