Description Ambiguine I isonitrile is found in Fischerella ambigua and Fischerella sp.. It was first documented in 2007 (PMID: 17315959). Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (1S,4S,5S,6S,8R,19S)-4-ethenyl-5-isocyano-4,9,9,20,20-pentamethyl-7-oxa-11-azahexacyclo[14.3.1.0⁵,¹⁹.0⁶,⁸.0¹⁰,¹⁸.0¹²,¹⁷]Icosa-10(18),12,14,16-tetraen-19-ol.
