Description Metacytofilin is found in Metarhizium and Metarhizium sp. TA2759. Metacytofilin was first documented in 1992 (PMID: 1429244). Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (3S,6S)-3-benzyl-3,5-dihydroxy-6-(methylamino)-6-(2-methylpropyl)-3,6-dihydro-2H-1,4-oxazin-2-one.
