Description | 3,3',5,5'-Tetrabromo-[1,1'-biphenyl]-2,2'-diol belongs to the class of organic compounds known as polybrominated biphenyls. These are organic aromatic compounds containing a biphenyl moiety, which is substituted at two or more ring positions by a bromine atom. MC21-A is found in Pseudoalteromonas and Pseudoalteromonas phenolica. MC21-A was first documented in 2003 (PMID: 12543647). Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 3,3',5,5'-tetrabromo-[1,1'-biphenyl]-2,2'-diol. |
