Hydroxyanthraquinones are compounds containing a hydroxyanthraquinone moiety, which consists of an anthracene bearing a quinone, and hydroxyl group. Chrysolandol is found in Chrysosporium queenslandicum and Chrysosporium queenslandicum IFM 51121. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (1S,2S,3R)-1,2,3,4a,6,9a-hexahydroxy-8-methoxy-3-methyl-1,2,3,4,4a,9,9a,10-octahydroanthracene-9,10-dione. |
