Description | (2S)-2-{N-[(S)-{[(1S,2S)-1-[(3-{[(1S,2S)-2-{[(2S,3R,4R,5R)-5-(aminomethyl)-4-hydroxy-3-methoxyoxolan-2-yl]oxy}-1-carboxy-2-[(2S,3S,4R,5R)-3,4-dihydroxy-5-(4-hydroxy-2-oxo-1,2-dihydropyrimidin-1-yl)oxolan-2-yl]ethyl]amino}propyl)-C-hydroxycarbonimidoyl]-3-methyl-2-[(7-methyloctanoyl)oxy]butyl]-C-hydroxycarbonimidoyl}[(4S)-2-imino-1,3-diazinan-4-yl]methyl]-(C-hydroxycarbonimidoyl)amino}-3-methylbutanoic acid belongs to the class of organic compounds known as dipeptides. These are organic compounds containing a sequence of exactly two alpha-amino acids joined by a peptide bond. Muraymycin B4 is found in Streptomyces sp. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2S)-2-{N-[(S)-{[(1S,2S)-1-[(3-{[(1S,2S)-2-{[(2S,3R,4R,5R)-5-(aminomethyl)-4-hydroxy-3-methoxyoxolan-2-yl]oxy}-1-carboxy-2-[(2S,3S,4R,5R)-3,4-dihydroxy-5-(4-hydroxy-2-oxo-1,2-dihydropyrimidin-1-yl)oxolan-2-yl]ethyl]amino}propyl)-C-hydroxycarbonimidoyl]-3-methyl-2-[(7-methyloctanoyl)oxy]butyl]-C-hydroxycarbonimidoyl}[(4S)-2-imino-1,3-diazinan-4-yl]methyl]-(C-hydroxycarbonimidoyl)amino}-3-methylbutanoic acid. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
