Description(1R,9R,11R)-1,5,12,12-tetramethyl-8-oxatricyclo[7.2.1.0²,⁷]Dodeca-2(7),3,5-triene-4,9,11-triol belongs to the class of organic compounds known as 1-benzopyrans. These are organic aromatic compounds that 1-benzopyran, a bicyclic compound made up of a benzene ring fused to a pyran, so that the oxygen atom is at the 1-position. Enokipodin C is found in Flammulina velutipes. It was first documented in 2001 (PMID: 11473426). Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (1R,9R,11R)-1,5,12,12-tetramethyl-8-oxatricyclo[7.2.1.0²,⁷]Dodeca-2(7),3,5-triene-4,9,11-triol.
