Epoxides are compounds containing a cyclic ether with three ring atoms(one oxygen and two carbon atoms). (2r,3r)-2-[(2z)-octa-2,7-dien-1-yl]-3-[(2z)-4-[(2r,3r)-3-pentyloxiran-2-yl]but-2-en-1-yl]oxirane is found in Notheia anomala. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2R,3R)-2-[(2Z)-4-[(2R,3R)-3-[(2Z)-octa-2,7-dien-1-yl]oxiran-2-yl]but-2-en-1-yl]-3-pentyloxirane. |
