Description2',4',6'-TRIMETHOXYCHALCONE belongs to the class of organic compounds known as linear 1,3-diarylpropanoids. These are organic compounds with a structure based on a C6-C3-C6 skeleton, where the two benzene rings are not linked together. (2e)-3-phenyl-1-(2,4,6-trimethoxyphenyl)prop-2-en-1-one is found in Alpinia pricei. (2e)-3-phenyl-1-(2,4,6-trimethoxyphenyl)prop-2-en-1-one was first documented in 2020 (PMID: 32364107). Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 2',4',6'-TRIMETHOXYCHALCONE.
