Purine 2'-deoxyribonucleosides are compounds consisting of a purine linked to a ribose which lacks a hydroxyl group at position 2. (2r,3s,5r)-5-(6-{[(2e)-4-hydroxy-3-methylbut-2-en-1-yl]amino}purin-9-yl)-2-(hydroxymethyl)oxolan-3-ol is found in Pseudomonas amygdali. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 2'-Deoxyribosylzeatin. |
