These are steroids carrying a hydroxyl group at the 16-position of the steroid backbone. 1-[(1s,2s,3as,3br,5ar,6r,7r,9ar,9bs,11as)-1-[(1s)-1-(dimethylamino)ethyl]-2,6-dihydroxy-9a,11a-dimethyl-tetradecahydro-1h-cyclopenta[a]phenanthren-7-yl]-3-(propan-2-ylidene)azetidin-2-one is found in Pachysandra terminalis. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Terminamine D.
