| Description | Leucinostatin is found in Penicillium and Purpureocillium lilacinum. Leucinostatin was first documented in 1973 (PMID: 4783199). Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2S,4S)-N-[(1S,2R)-1-[(1-{[(1S)-1-{[(1S)-1-{[1-({1-[(2-{[(2S)-1-(dimethylamino)propan-2-yl]-C-hydroxycarbonimidoyl}ethyl)-C-hydroxycarbonimidoyl]-1-methylethyl}-C-hydroxycarbonimidoyl)-1-methylethyl]-C-hydroxycarbonimidoyl}-3-methylbutyl]-C-hydroxycarbonimidoyl}-3-methylbutyl]-C-hydroxycarbonimidoyl}-1-methylethyl)-C-hydroxycarbonimidoyl]-2-hydroxy-3-methylbutyl]-6-hydroxy-2-({hydroxy[(2S,4S)-4-methyl-1-[(2E,4R)-4-methylhex-2-enoyl]pyrrolidin-2-yl]methylidene}amino)-4-methyl-8-oxodecanimidic acid. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
